ત્યાં નથી પહોંચાતું, જીવનમાં જ્યાં પહોંચવું હોય છે
પંથ તો ભુલાઈ જવાય છે, જીવનની મંઝિલ તો ભુલાઈ જવાય છે
જીવનમાં લક્ષ્ય તો વિસરાઈ જવાય છે
વિસરે કોણ અને ક્યારે, કહેવું એ તો મુશ્કેલ બની જાય છે
પણ આંખે પાટા બાંઘનાર, અવળે રસ્તે ચડી જાય છે
બતાવે કાયરતા કોણ ક્યારે, કહેવું એ તો મુશ્કેલ બની જાય છે
અધવચ્ચે મંઝિલ છોડનાર, તો ટીકાપાત્ર ગણાય છે
પ્રખર પુરુષાર્થ વગર, મંઝિલ ન પમાય
મળે છે ખાલી રસ્તા ને રસ્તા, એ અહીં ને અહીં રહી જાય છે
રસ્તા પર ચાલતા-ચાલતા, એ ચાલતા જાય છે
મળતો નથી જ્યાં સુધી સાચો રસ્તો જીવનમાં
ત્યાં સુધી મુસાફરી ને મુસાફરી કરતા જાય છે

tyāṁ nathī pahōṁcātuṁ, jīvanamāṁ jyāṁ pahōṁcavuṁ hōya chē
paṁtha tō bhulāī javāya chē, jīvananī maṁjhila tō bhulāī javāya chē

visarē kōṇa anē kyārē, kahēvuṁ ē tō muśkēla banī jāya chē

rastā para cālatā-cālatā, ē cālatā jāya chē
malatō nathī jyāṁ sudhī sācō rastō jīvanamāṁ
tyāṁ sudhī musāpharī nē musāpharī karatā jāya chē

One does not reach there, where one wishes to reach in life,
The path gets forgotten, the destination of life gets forgotten.
The goal in life gets erased from memory,
Who forgets and when, it becomes difficult to tell.
But the one who binds a blindfold over their eyes ends up on the wrong path,
Who shows cowardice and when, it becomes difficult to tell.
The one who leaves the destination midway is deemed worthy of criticism,
Without intense effort and hard work, the destination cannot be attained.
Only endless roads are found, and they remain right here,
Walking on the path, they just keep on walking.
As long as the true path is not found in life,
Until then, the journey just goes on and on.
