देख के अपनी भलाई, करे हर एक सगाई
स्वार्थ की इस रीत ने, जग में प्रीत सबसे लगाई
बनी किसी के लिये दर्द, तो किसी के लिये दवाई

They think only about themselves, and make a relationship.
With this method of selfishness, they profess love in this world.
It is a pain for someone, whereas it is medicine for the other.
