O Lord, I make a plea to You that You will accept my prayer. My plea is only this much: that I may recognize myself, hear the cry of my inner soul, and remove the bitterness and wickedness within me.
Until today, I have only looked at the flaws of others. I have not paid even a shred of attention to my own life, which is diminishing with every passing moment. Light just one lamp of knowledge and ignite an eternal flame, O Lord.
